We used www.cupsweep.com.au as a customer engagement initiative in 2015 for the Melbourne Cup. What was forecast as a 500 participant engagement ended up being cut off by ourselves at 2,200 participants.
The success was in Cup Sweep’s simplicity. Very straight forward, well managed and easy for administrators and participants alike. The sweep proved a major hit with our customers. The team at Cup Sweep even tailored our package as the participation rate grew, Jason and his crew were very receptive to our requests.
We will be back in 2016 for sure!
